Limited Capacity full

What are the most essential skills for success and how might we best equip our students for the futures they will face? What might a school experience look like that will ensure students can do more than simply clear test score hurdles? During this session, participants will engage in thought provoking discussions as they seek to answer these questions. Participants will be provided with a process they might use with their own staffs – beginning with seeking advice from students – that will inspire even those most entrenched in the traditional school model to consider just what might be possible. This session will also serve as an introduction to the work we do, as the Next Generation Leadership Academy at the University of KY, with schools and districts in our state.
