Limited Capacity filling up

This session will be an opportunity for participants to learn more about how creating a culture of thinking in our schools is an opportunity to develop a foundation to support deeper learning for all students. Drawing on the work of Dr. Ron Ritchhart at Harvard’s Project Zero, we will learn how thinking routines and the eight cultural forces can drive the creation of culture of thinking. This session will be highly collaborative as we use thinking routines to deepen our thinking and make our thinking visible! Participants will leave this session having experienced several thinking routines that can be used immediately and a deeper understanding of the cultural forces needed in our schools to support thinking for all. Participants will also connect, extend, and challenge their own understanding of cultures of thinking to support deeper learning in schools.
